It's happening when exported models have over 150 million triangles.

1. Open project (link above), no need to load images
2. Select model called Normal_model
3. Navigate to SCENE 3D TOOLS - Export - Mesh and point cloud
4. Export to FBX Binary (see screenshot for settings)
5. Results in red error FBX SDK: Export Failed
