Adding Images: The image header is unrecognized

Description

This issue occurs only on Windows 11 24H2, but it affects all RealityCapture versions on this OS. It is allso not possible to open the images with the Windows Photos App. 

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download images from: [Link Removed]
  2. Import images to RC
Workaround
1. Resave the JPG images to a different format. The image may lose EXIF metadata, such as the focal length, but that can be manually edited in RealityCapture.

2. If you have the original RAW images, develop the images to a different format than JPG without the loss of EXIF metadata.
