Reimport with new file does not work for Datasmith files if the Interchange flag is enabled.

1 - Enable interchange flag

2 - Import a .udatasmith file

3 - In the import menu file settings, reimport the file with a new one

Result: nothing happens

Expected: New .udatasmith file should replace the old one
