This is not a regression.
We have 2 issues here.
First we have different tiling for the different materials, since the way sketchup handles texture scale. They scale the UVs of the object instead of adjusting the tiling of the texture. The result is that in TM applying the same material to differently textured surfaces will have different tiling, even if these surfaces are part of the same mesh. The same result can be observed with Mootools import.
The second issue is the main one, and the one where the result differs from mootools.
If you apply a material to a group/ component in Sketchup (That has no other material applied and is using the default material) then it will use the same fixed UV tiling in Twinmotion indifferent of what texture size is set in Sketchup. If you then apply the same material (or any other material in fact) to a surface within the group/ component in sketchup, it will override the group/ component's material and will use the tiling of the texture for that surface instead of the global fixed tiling for the group.

1 - Import attached Datasmith file
2 - Assign the same material to all objects
Result: The tiling of the materials is different between the objects
Expected result: The tiling should be the same for all objects, or at least for the surfaces that use the same material.
There's no existing public thread on this issue, so head over to Questions & Answers just mention TM-18008 in the post.
