Exporting process stuck in "Estimated time" phase when uploading projects with Panorama Sets & Presentation after freshly booting TM

Cloud Build: TWINMOTION CL app-2023.2.33001994-2024.1.37216540-2025.1.38508591-cloud-2024.12.02.095314 (DEV / STAG, CHROME)

Issue: Exporting process stuck in "Estimated time" phase when uploading projects with Panorama Sets & Presentation after freshly booting TM. When attempting for the first time (when opening TM) the process often gets stuck at the beginning of the "Estimated Time" loading phase and it does not seem to un-block itself or continue loading further. Waiting for more than 10 minutes at one point didn't make any progress so I assume waiting longer will not change this significantly, considering that I only attempted with small projects. (see example project below)

How to Reproduce: Load Twinmotion desktop app > Change TM shortcut properties to upload to STAG / DEV > Boot TM > Load project and hit Export after inserting all images / videos / panoramas

Expected Outcome: Upload process should not be stuck during any loading phase
