Crash when changing Twinmotion Cloud and Content library to the same folder.

1. Create an empty folder in /Documents, name it Cloud
2. Launch Twinmotion and open a new scene
3. In Edit - Preferences, go to Custom paths and modify Twinmotion Cloud library and Twinmotion content library to point to your newly created folder (Cloud)
4. Hit OK
5. Go to Library - Objects - Home - Backyard - Table and download any cloud asset 
6. Add the asset to the scene == Twinmotion will crash

I can repro on Mac as well.

2023.2.4 is not affected, probably because there is only Twinmotion Cloud library folder.
