Intermittent issue with OpenStreetMap displaying as black and beeing non functional on MacOS.

Steps to Reproduce

Repro:

  1. Run TM
  2. Go to Ambience -> Env -> Location
  3. Observe OpenStreetMap
  4. Go to Populate -> Urban

Result: OpenStreetMap is displayed as black and it's non functional. Clicking on black map will not change sun position. Also, you can't search or download area in Urban tool. See attached screenshot.
