Note visibility issues in 2025.1.1

1. Place Note objects in viewport.
2. Create media(Image).
3. While inside the Image change the visibility of the Notes and update the media.
4. Save and reopen the project file.
5. Reenter the Image.

Result:

• Notes are not properly displayed in thumbnails
• Hidden notes have visible text boxes in media
• The NoteTextWidget is hidden in the main scene (seen reopening the file when hiding the note and saving in Media Mode)
