Material color in a Sketchup file is not updated on reimport or Direct Link

This issue could also be reproduced if the user use the Direct Link Sync or AutoSync feature inside Sketchup, so the user could simple sync and made any adjustment into the color of the material and there is no change into TM

1. Import the attached "MultiMat_Cube.udatasmith" file
2. re-import the file using "MultiMat_Cube_ColorUpdate.udatasmith"

Expected: The model should be updated and the materials of the cube should change.

Result: The model is updated but the materials keep looking the same.
