Assets on paths with speed parameters are sped up in Path Tracer exports

In Path Tracer renders, all paths with a speed component (vehicles, bicycles, custom) will render at an increased speed than specified in the exported render.

This is a regression from 2024.1.2.

1. In a Twinmotion 2025.1.1 scene, add a vehicle, bicycle, or custom path
2. Create a video where the path is visible
3. Enable Path Tracer for the video
4. Export the video
5. Compare exported result with the viewport in standard rendering

Result: Exported video will display objects moving at higher speeds than the viewport
