Visual helpers for Spacing and Area are visible when occluded

Visual helpers for Area and Spacing tools are always visible when helpers are enabled, including when occluded by other geometry.

This behavior is inconsistent with other visual helpers, which will be hidden when occluded.

1. Open a TM scene
2. Go to Populate > Place > Area or Spacing and add these to the scene
3. Place any geometry to visually obstruct placed Area or Spacing placements

Result: The Area or Spacing placements visual helpers will be visible through the geometry

Expected: The helpers should be hidden when occluded like other helpers.
