Cloud materials not loaded in local Presentations

Locally exported Presentations may show some downloadable Twinmotion library materials with the placeholder material when the Presentation is opened. This only occurs after the first time the Presenter is launched. The first launch will display materials properly, but all subsequent launches will begin to show the placeholder material.

The placeholder is never replaced with the proper material while the Presenter is running.

This is consistently reproducible across several scenes, including both demo scenes.

1. Open a TM file and add some TM standard library materials (easily reproducible with the Materials Room and Lakehouse Retreat demo scenes)
2. Create a Presentation 
3. Export the Presentation locally
4. Open the Presenter .exe file - Note all materials should be present
5. Close the Presenter
6. Re-open the Presenter

Result: Some materials will not be loaded and display with the blue placeholder material for unloaded cloud assets
