'Use focal length' checkbox resets on reopening file

1. Create a new Image or Video
2. In Camera settings, uncheck the box for ‘Use focal length'
3. Save and re-open the file

Result: ‘Use focal length’ is re-enabled displaying lens size instead of FOV angle.
