SKP import - Materials missing and incorrect when using Collapse all

When importing a .skp model into Twinmotion 2026.2 Preview as Geoemtry, using the Collapse all mode will cause materials to be displayed incorrectly, replacing most materials with a placeholder material.

This does not occur with the Keep Hierarchy collapse mode. Datasmith imports are also not affected.

1. Open a scene in Twinmotion 2026.2
2. Go to Import > Geometry and select a .skp file
3. Set the Collapse mode to Collapse all
4. Import the model

Result: The model will be missing textures and materials, using a Placeholder material for most materials.

Use the Keep Hierarchy collapse mode when importing .skp files, or use the Datasmith Exporter plugin for SketchUp.
