Description

Set Timer node does not stop the timer if it is set to zero by the Custom Event. This is also true if Set Timer Delegates are used.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the attached project
2. Open Level01
3. Open the 'bpTimerTest'
4. Play-In-Editor
5. Toggle the E key to set the Set Timer to zero and not looping
6. Watch the blueprint Event Graph

Results: The Set Timer node will not reset the timer

Expected: For the Custom Event to be able to set the timer
