Description

If a Material Parameter Collection with a Scalar Parameter is used within a material and that material is called within a widget the scalar parameter will render with a 0 value, even when set to another number.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Editor (any project)
2. Create Material Parameter Collection
3. In MPC, create a single Scalar Param with a default value of 1
4. Create new material
5. Call MPC and use the scalar value, plug this into the "Emissive Color" channel
6. Create new Widget BP
7. In widget BP, create an image, set image material to the new material
