-30763-strategy.log is the first log, which indicated that the user's custom "Civilian.uasset" was the root of the crash. (this log matches up with the crash report)
-30871-strategynew.log is the log he got after I had him remove "Civilian.uasset" from his directory and try again.

No local repro.

User opens a map, BP, or PIE's, which references a custom class "Civilian.uasset"
