Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a level sequence
  2. Add an event track with a trigger
  3. Have the event call SetPlaybackPosition to a frame/time after the event.
  4. Hook up the level sequence to autoplay or play on an event. PIE and trigger the level sequence.

RESULT: Ensure

EXPECTED: The sequence should play back and jump to the requested frame when it hits the event.
