Consider allowing sub-editor tabs to dock next to the viewport

A user with a 4k monitor is requesting that we allow sub-editors to be docked alongside the viewport instead of behind it. (he only has one monitor)

For instance, you open a blueprint and you want to dock it next to the viewport in a way that you can view both at the same time.
