User reports when creating a project and changing the folder colors in 4.6, then opening the project in 4.7/4.7.1, the folders go back to their default color.
Users have also reported this happening in projects created in 4.7 but now being worked on in 4.7.2 and the folder color isn't saving.

1. Create a project in 4.6
2. Right click on the folders in the content browser and switch the color
3. Save the project
4. Close 4.6 and open 4.7 or 4.7.1
5. Choose any option for converting or copying the folder
6. Observe the folder color within the content browser
