Cannot click buttons in the upper left corner when using PIE

The click for mouse control button overlaps the upper left corner making it hard to click buttons in the upper left corner when using PIE. The button to give mouse control take priority.

1. Open editor
2. Create a new widget
   Right click content browser > User Interface > Widget blueprint
3. Name widget blueprint "Master"
4. Open widget
5. Drag in a button and place it in the upper left corner
6. Open level blueprint
7. Create setup in the attached image
8. Click play (PIE)
9. Press Shift+F1 to show mouse
10. Try and click the button in the upper left corner
11. Notice the button is not clicked and that the viewport loses focus.
