Description

The FPS drop off of this users project is significant between version of UE4.

I tested this issue on a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition.

I also tested on a iPad air 2 on 8.1. There was a significant difference there as well.

I was unable to recreate the issue without using the users project.

Launch on was the only way that I was able to get the project onto the device.

Here is a link to download the users project: [Link Removed]

Steps to Reproduce

1) Download the project via the link in the description (It is a large file size)
2) Open the .rar file and place it into your Unreal Projects (You may have to create a new folder to place the projects contents into)
3) Open the project in 4.6.1
4) Once the project is open, Launch the project onto and mobile device.
5) Once deployed, open the project on the device
6) Four finger tap on the screen and type in 'Stat FPS' to check the FPS of the project (20 on android)(60 on the iPad)
7) Open a copy of the project on 4.7.1
8) Launch the project onto the mobile device
9) Open the project on the mobile device
10) Four finger tap on the screen and type in 'Stat FPS' to check the FPS of the project (12 on Android)(iPad around 30)
