Moving a custom cusor (widget blueprint) to another folder after it has been set as the Default mouse can cause a crash

Moving a custom cursor after it has been set as the default cursor will break the path being used and if the user tries to reset the path but selecting the widget again the editor will crash without a crash report.

1. Download attached project
2. Open project
3. Save and compile
4. Close project
5. Reopen project
6. Move the Widget called CursorRamaIssue to a new folder (Move not copy)
7. Change the default cursor back to CursorRamaIssue
   Edit > Project Settings > User Interface > Default Cusor
8. Notice that when the drop down is clicked that it will crash the editor with no crash report
