Steps to Reproduce

Change the value of either JumpMaxCount or JumpMaxHoldTime for a character on the server.
Expected: The values on the client will update to reflect those on the server.
Actual: These values are marked as DISABLE_REPLICATED_PROPERTY in ACharacter::GetLifetimeReplicatedProps, so changes made to them on the server will not replicate to clients.
