Steps to Reproduce

If you use the attached project, you can skip steps 1-5.

please find attached video for repro.

  1. Create blank project
  2. Create persistent level with box actor
  3. Add sub level with cylinder actor
  4. Hide sub level
  5. Save and close editor 
  6. Open project  and Open persistent level
  7. Path build

Exptected Result : NavMesh generated from box actor (Not from cylinder actor)

Actual Result : NavMesh generated from both box and cylinder actor. and cylinder's NavMesh located in wrong position.
