Valve is working on a fix for this, but they don't have ETA.
When adding shootergame to steam as a non steam game, the overlays do no appear when launching.
1. Sync //depot/UE4/Promotable-CL-2473270.
2. Package shootergame.
3. Login to steam.
4. Add as a non steam game
5. Click play to launch shootergame
