RigElement names cannot be any CJK characters due to illegal characters

• Create a new Control Rig and create a control
• Using Google Translate, convert an English word to a CJK language (ex: body -> 体)
• Rename the control by copy and pasting the characters as the new name

Expected: CJK characters would work

Actual: CJK characters considered as invalid
