Description

A Blueprinted actor's construction script time can be affected by the complexity of an opened level Blueprint.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create any blueprint and save it (RerunConstructionOnDrag is defaulted to true)
  2. Create a new level
  3. Open the Level Blueprint and create a very complex graph (putting a print string node, then copy/pasting it till you have a very large number, 2048 does the trick)
  4. Save/Compile the level/blueprint
  5. Drop an instance of your blueprint in the level, and drag it using a translation manipulator, notice very choppy performance
  6. Close the level blueprint, and repeat step 5, notice that it is very smooth
