The HTTP Streamer does not implement the Flush call on the streamer factory.
Use HTTP replay streamer, enable flush via engine config file (section "HttpNetworkReplayStreamingFactory" and bool "bFlushStreamersOnShutdown"). If a replay is actively being recorded the flush should be hit on module shutdown (app exit).
