Description

If a "Destroy Component" has a target of self within a blueprint component, the "Destroy Component" node will not trigger.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open editor (any project)
2. Create new blueprint component
3. In blueprint component, create "Destroy Component" node with target "Self", plug this into the Initialize event
4. Compile, save, close blueprint
5. Open MyCharacter blueprint
6. Add new blueprint component
7. Compile, save, close
8. PIE
