Changing between multiple Streams that are contained within an array does not work.

Steps to Reproduce

Note: The test project blueprint is setup in the construction script and is meant to update the cylinder every time the stream seed is changed. (screenshot #01)

1. Download, unzip, and open the attached test project
2. Once loaded, select the cylinder blueprint in the viewport
3. In the Details panel > Default > Choose Stream > move the slider between 0 - 3 (screenshot #02)

Results: The blueprint cylinder only takes the initial rotation of the stream at Element 0. Changing the stream seed does not update the cylinder.

Expected: For the cylinder to update each time the stream seed is changed.
