DESCRIPTION: Unable to capture High Res shots in game or during cinematics
REPRO STEPS:
1. Open the reflections subway in editor
2. P.I.E.
3. When the cinematic begins, bring up console '~'
4. enter 'Highresshot'
5. open up the project folder and go to saved>screenshots when the cinematic ends
RESULTS:
The 'Highresshot' command does not appear to be saving any screenshots.
During a cinematic or when playing in game, user no longer has access to the High
Resolution Screenshot Editor. If the user enters a keyboard shortcut to open the High
res editor it will not be accessible during the cinematic or in game.
