Default Value for a Linear Color input inside of a function is a text field instead of a color picker

The Default value inside of a function for a linear color input is a text field instead of a color picker.

1. Open the editor
2. Create a new actor blueprint
   Right click content browser > Blueprints > Actor
3. Open new blueprint
4. Add a function via the My blueprint panel
5. Add a new input for the function via the Details panel
6. Make that input a linear color
7. Expand the input info via the down arrow to the right
8. Notice the default value is a text field
