This issue was reported by a licensee via UDN. It appears that all of the plugins generate a "missing precompiled manifest" error when packaging a project on Mac in UE4.26.2.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new, blank blueprint project.
  2. Save the startup map and set it as the game default and editor startup map.
  3. In plugins, add the Low Entry Extended Standard Library (free from the Marketplace).
  4. Restart the editor, reopen the project created in step 1, and package for Mac

Packaging fails with "missing precompiled manifest" error.

Expected Results
Packaging succeeds without error.
