Text Render component not showing in packaged builds

When the user adds an actor to the scene that has text render components, the components do not show up when shown in a packaged game

1. Open the editor
2. Create a new actor blueprint
   Right click content browser > Blueprints > Actor
3. Open the new blueprint
4. Add two Text render components
5. Create the blueprint in the attached picture (inside of the construction script)
6. Add the blueprint to the level
7. Compile and save
8. Package for windows 64 bit
9. Notice none of the text shows up
