Atmospheric Fog cannot be toggled to hidden in the Scene Capture 2D's detail settings. All other setting will toggle correctly.
1. Open QA-Game
2. Select the 'Atmospheric Fog' in the World Outliner
3. In the Details panel, set the 'Fog Multiplier' to 70 & the 'Density Multiplier' to 1000
4. Add a 'Scene Capture 2D' to the scene
5. Move the 'Scene Capture 2D' up above the floor and rotate it to look down at it
6. Create a 'Render Target'
7. Select the 'Scene Capture 2D' in the level & set the Texture Target to the 'Render Target' you just created
8. Right-click the 'Render Target' in the Content Browser & select 'Create Material'
9. Open the Material
10. Disconnect the Texture Sample from the Base Color and connect the white pin to the Emissive Color
11. Apply & save
12. Back in the editor, apply the new Material to the default floor in the level
13. PIE
14. During play, select the 'Scene Capture 2D' in the World Outliner
15. In the Details panel, go to Scene Capture > Dropdown arrow > General Show Flags > then toggle the Fog checkbox
Results: The rendering of the fog will not be toggled on and off, in the material applied to the mesh
Expected: For the fog to be toggled on and off like any of the other settings
