Skylight's Realtime Capture does not work on Switch

Skylight's Realtime Capture does not work on Switch

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Enable Realtime Capture in Skylight
  2. Place a SkyMesh with IsSky enabled in Material
  3. Make sure that when update the SkyMesh, it is not updated on the Switch
