Scaling pivot of an actor does not scale correctly unless used for all directions.
1. Create a new blueprint actor
2. Put any component in the root
3. Add a shape component
4. Rotate shape 90 degrees
5. When scaling the blueprint in your level in 1 direction, it'll scale in a different direction
