When using distance fields with instance meshes from the foliage tool everything works correctly, however, when simulating or PIE the distance fields will be removed. This working correctly in 4.7.5
See attached gif. (Left = Static mesh, Right = Instanced Foliage)
1. Open UE4 project with Distance Fields enabled
2. Place a mesh in the Foliage tool
3. Enabled "Affect Distance Field Lighting"
Results: Distance fields are removed from the instance meshes when PIE/simulate, but are present in the Editor viewport.
Expected: Distance Fields when enabled will not be removed when PIE/simulate
