This is similar to [Link Removed] but still reproduces with an attach track.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Add a new level sequence actor to the world
  2. Set the level sequence actor's Transform Origin Actor to any actor in the world that is not at the world origin
  3. Add two spawnable actors to the level sequence (Actor1 and Actor2)
  4. Add an attach track to Actor2 that attaches it to Actor1
  5. Add a transform track with blend type additive to Actor2
  6. Add a key to Actor2's transform track
  7. Repeat step 6. with the transform track's blend mode set to relative and absolute
