The first widget in a widget blueprints hierarchy does not have a parent

The widgets that are the children of the "Root" of the hierarchy of a widget blueprint return null as their parents. The expected parent would be the widget itself.

1. Open Editor (first person template)
2. Open the FirstPersonHUD blueprint
3. Create the blueprint in the attached image (NoParentIssue1)
4. Create a Widget Blueprint
   Right click content browswer > User Interface > Widget Blueprint
5. Name it Child Widget
6. Create a Widget Blueprint
   Right click content browswer > User Interface > Widget Blueprint
7. Name it Main Widget
8. Open Main Widget
9. Create the blueprint in the attached image (NoParentIssue2)
10. Open Child Widget
11. Create the blueprint in the attached image (NoParentIssue3)
12. Compile and save everything
13. Click Play in Editor
14. Notice that the check for a parent for the canvas panel returns as "False"
