Lots of extra (unwanted) space at the end of a text block when a sizable amount of text is applied

NICK: Sounds like accumulated imprecision after multiple lines of text.

A user applied a EULA to a Text block and then set the text block inside of a scroll box. The end result was a lot of empty space at the end of the scroll box. It appears to create more empty space with larger amounts of text.

1. Open Editor (first person template)
2. Create a New widget blueprint
   Right click content browser > User Interface > Widget Blueprint
3. Open the new widget blueprint
4. Add a text block to the designer tab of the widget
5. Add a Scroll box to the designer tab of the widget
6. Place the text block inside of the scroll box
7. Open up your internet browser and copy past Epics EULA into the text block

8. Open the level blueprint
9. Add the new widget blueprint to the screen
   Event begin play > Create Widget > Add to viewport
10. Click Play in Editor
11. Scroll to the bottom of the scroll box
12. Notice that there is a lot of empty space

I've been trying to follow demo for Unreal 4 where you create office but my unreal blanks out and crashes every time I try after I'm a few videos in everytime. It gives me a large error list everytime
