After changing the component to static, compiling and changing it back to movable and compiling, the BP actor will not move with the set actor location. I wasn't able to get the translate arrows to move it either.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an actor BP
2. Add any mesh
3. Change that component to static
4. Compile blueprint
5. Change that component to movable
6. Compile blueprint
7. Try to move the blueprint or use the set actor location
