Description

The engine will crash if you upload a project icon that's way too large for the 192x192 area. It'll also crash when you open that project back up and try to access the project settings

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new template project
2. Add a .PNG file that's well over 192x192, such as 1200x900
3. Reopen project after the crash from adding the image
4. Go to 'project settings' engine will crash again
