The same issue occurs with "Not Equals" operators on this pin type.

Workaround: Add "softclass" to the TypePromotionPinDenyList in the blueprint editor preferences. 

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open an actor blueprint
  2. Add a soft class reference to an actor type
  3. Put a "Getter" for that property in the graph
  4. Drag off the pin type and type "=" 

Result: There is only a single "Equals" option available, which does not work 

Expected: There are multiple options for "Equals", one of them being specific for soft actor types
