When a player is derived from a pawn based blueprint, the Net Cull Distance does not work, but when derived from Character Blueprint the Net Cull Distance works

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Attached Project, AH_NetCull
  2. Set to Run Dedicated Server with 2 Players
  3. PIE
  4. Move Player Character toward HERE 3 sphere will appears
  5. Stop PIE
  6. In Gamemode, set the Pawn to Default Pawn from ThirdPersonCharacter
  7. PIE
  8. Move Player toward HERE

RESULTS: 3 White Sphere never appear

EXPECTED: 3 White Sphere appear.
