Description

Cannot disable the NavLinkProxy through the Smart Link option.

If this is not the proper way to disable the NavLink, users are confused by the naming of 'Link Enabled'.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open QA-Game
2. Open the QA-AI level
3. Copy a block to isolate the 'Top to Bottom' NavLinkProxy (screenshot #01)
4. Copy the red 'RunnerPawn' and place him to on the isolated area (screenshot #02)
5. Select 'Build Paths'
6. Simulate the game
7. The AI will jump off at the NavLink
8. Select the NavLinkProxy
9. In the Details panel > Smart Link > Enable 'Smart Link is Relevant'
10. Disable 'Link Enabled' (screenshot #03)
11. Select 'Build Paths'
12. Simulate the game

Results: The AI will still use the NavLinkProxy

Expected: For the NavLinkProxy to be disabled
