Spawning an Instance Static Mesh at runtime does not have collision. This issue appears only in 4.8 Preview 1 and the 4.8 Release branch (tested on CL-2540862), but is fixed in Main Branch as of Main Promotable-CL-2541904

Blueprint Event Graph Setup:

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame Editor in 4.8 Release Branch
  2. Create a New Actor Blueprint
  3. In the Event Graph, recreate the setup in the attached Image File
  4. Compile and Save Actor BP
  5. Place Actor BP in Level
  6. PIE

RESULTS: Chracter can walk through the cube placed in level

EXPECTED: Cube should retain Collision when spawned.
