Description

If a skeletal mesh is imported with a uniform scale of >1, the rotation feature in Persona will not rotate bones at the proper ratio. The meshes rotation will slow down as the uniform scale increases.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download attached file.
2. Open Editor (any project)
3. Import downloaded file with Uniform Scale set to 100
4. Open SK_Mannequin>Skeletal Mesh
5. Select a bone
6. Switch to Rotation tool
7. Begin rotating in any axis
