When placing a Scene Capture 2D with an assigned Render Target Texture and using a movable Skylight the editor will crash.

1. Open UE4
2. Place a Scene Capture 2D actor in the scene
3. Create a Render Target texture
4. Assign the Render Target Texture to the Scene Capture 2D actor
5. Add a Skylight to the scene
6. Set the Skylight to Movable
7. Should Crash at this point
Results: When using a movable skylight and a scene capture 2d actor the editor will freeze then crash.
Expected: The editor will not crash when using a movable skylight and scene capture 2d actor.
